Stupid founding fathers should never have given Congress any power to regulate Interstate Commerce. It’s the most over-used power they should never have gotten. Didnt these guys read Adam Smith? Nowhere do they actually say why they dont allow dogs. Maybe the dogs pee on pumpkins, knock them over, go crazy from the smell of pumpkin, maybe not. I have no idea why they dont want dogs. It doesn’t say why.
